泰山医学院护理学院简介
我校护理学教育始于1985年，全国第一届成人专科护理教育。1994年成立护理系，95年开始专科教育，99年开始本科教育，2001年成立护理学院。2006年成为护理学的硕士学位授予点。至此形成了专科—本科—研究生三个层次的办学模式。
在校生1602人，其中本科生958人，其余为专科生。每年招收400—500名本专科新生，送出毕业生400-500多名。从2007年开始招收研究生。
办学宗旨：“以本科教育为主体，以麻醉护理与重症监护为特色，充分利用国内外的医疗资源和人才资源，培养富有关爱品质和创新能力的护理工作者。”明确办学理念为“师生共创关爱氛围，培养具有关爱品质的护理工作者。”确立院训为“明仪、求真、博爱、笃行”，以及《圣洁的白玉兰》，作为我院的院歌。
学科设置：研究生（护理教育、重症监护、护理管理、老年护理方向）；本科普通方向（四年制），麻醉护理与重症监护方向（五年制）；专科（三年制）；专升本（两年制）。
教学情况：学院设有三个教研室——护理学基础教研室、内儿护理教研室和外妇护理教研室。现有专职教师24人。另外聘任80多名兼职临床教师；先后聘任14位国内外专家作为兼职教授和硕士生导师。学院拥有一个护理技能中心，床位51张，完成各个层次的基础护理技术、临床护理技术和中医护理技术的教学任务。
研究与发展：学院积极开展科学研究工作，完成卫生部规划教材《护理管理学》、《急危重症护理学》及其配套教材的主编工作。承担各级科研课题20多项。学院近3年来积极开拓面向全国的实习就业平台，目前在北京（如北京协和医院、解放军301医院等）、上海、深圳、广州、南京等地开辟了实习基地，取得了显著的成效。今后我们竭诚寻找对外合作办学和科学研究的机会，培养走向世界的护理学者。

Brief Introduction to the School of Nursing Taishan Medical College
Nursing Education of Taishan Medical University commenced with the
First National AssociateCollege Nursing Education for Adults in 1985.
Founded in 1994, Nursing Department began the Associate College
Education in 1995 and Undergraduate Education in 1999.Schoolof Nursing
was established in 2001 and was authorized to confer Master’s
Degree in 2006. At present there are three levels of school-running
model: Associate College, Undergraduate Education and Postgraduate
Education.
There are 1602 full-time students including 958 undergraduates in the
students presently. The school enrolls 400-500 students of Associate
Degree and Bachelor Degree and cultivates 400-500 graduates. The school
began to enroll postgraduates in 2007.
Mission:
“Take
undergraduate education as the principle part, specialize in anesthetic
nursing and intensive care, make the most of domestic and overseas
resources of medicine and talents, and cultivate nursing professionals
with quality of care and creative ability.”
The idea of school running is
“faculty
and students create caring atmosphere and develop nursing professionals
with quality of benevolence.”
The motto of the school is
“Advisability,Diligence,
Caritas and Practicality”
and <Sacred White Orchid> is taken as the school song.
Academic programs:
Postgraduate(nursing education, intensive care, nursing management and
geriatric nursing); General undergraduate (4 academic year), anesthetic
nursing and intensive care(5 academic year);Associate college nursing(3
academic year);Associate college to undergraduate(2 academic year).
Teaching condition:
There are 3 teaching and research units: Fundamentals of Nursing,
Medical and Pediatric Nursing, Surgical and Gynecological Nursing. There
are 24 full-time faculties and more than 80 part-time clinical
faculties. The school has engaged 14 domestic and overseas experts as
part-time professors and postgraduate mentors. The school is equipped
with one nursing skill practice center and 51 beds which carry out the
teaching tasks of basic nursingtechniques, clinical nursing techniques
and traditional medicine nursing techniques at all levels.
Research and development:
The school has put many efforts into scientific research and finished 3
text books, including <Nursing Management> and <Emergency Nursing> as
well as the attachment materials programmed by Ministry of Health as editors in chief. The school has accomplished more than 20 scientific
research achievements. In recent 3 years the school has actively set up
nationwide practice and employment bases and successfully established
many practice bases in Beijing(such as Peking Union Hospital, General
Hospital of PLA 301),Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Nanjing. We will
put more efforts to seek opportunities of international cooperation and
scientific research and cultivate the nursing scholars working
worldwide.
